A project in GhostMind groups conversations that share:

• Files — Documents uploaded for AI retrieval
• Instructions — Custom behavior instructions
• Memory policy — How the AI uses conversation history

Project-Native Conversations

When you start a conversation in a project, the AI has access to project files from the first message. This is different from attaching files to individual messages.

Immutable Rules

• A general conversation cannot be converted to a project conversation
• Project context is available from the first message only
• Once linked to a project, a conversation stays linked
